Oil on Canvas ( City Lights ) was exhibited at the Munson Williams Proctor Institute of Art Museum, Utica, N.Y. in the mid-60s.
Gladys Stohrer, an artist from Whitesboro, NY received the best in show prize at the 25th annual exhibition of the Cooperstown Art Association.
Signed Lower Right – Original Frame – retains the exhibition label at back.

This Oil on Canvas ( City Lights ) was exhibited at the Munson Williams Proctor Institute of Art Museum, Utica, N.Y. in the mid-60s, and still retains the exhibition label at back.
