A Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt House Decoration (rare size), cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied handles, and semi-rounded rim, slip-trailed design decoration of a house on stylized ground.

As a child said : “It looks like a house boat in water”

Impressed maker’s mark and capacity mark.
Provenance: from a private collection.

No restorations – exhibiting only the wear and tear associated with its age and usage.
