ANTIQUE SPLINT WHISK BROOM
New England
Late 19th Century

A scarce 19th century utilitarian object, a splint Whisk Broom (hand broom) in very good condition. The splint bristles have a nicely woven top and centrally wrapped cord serving as the handle. The bottom is exposed splint serving as the brush. Brush has a wonderful nut brown patina.

Length: 7 ½”
Very Good condition – No restorations.
