Circa 1700 – 1720

A Rare English Tavern Table with exceptionally well-turned stretchers and legs. Hi-Lo turned stretchers front and back and its central H stretcher is a scarce form in original condition. Above is a molded-edge top and a paneled drawer within the frame. All is supported on conforming turned legs which terminate to their original turned feet.

The combination of the table’s wonderful condition, proportion, its turned elements, and the fine old surface make this a Rare Survival.
