WOOD CARVING of DOG
Found in New Jersey
Circa 1900 – 1940

The craftsmanship of this wood carver is captured in this dog carving showing a robust nature and subtle detail. The wood carvers skill and attention are shown in the dog’s face with two glass eyes as they gaze ahead capturing a charming personality. This wonderful carving would make a interesting addition to any Folk Art collection.

Very good condition – a nice rich color and patina.
Wear consistent with age – no damage or cracks.
