MILO SMITH – STEAM ENGINE

Milo Smith 1902 – 1980

Milo Smith a 20th Century Herkimer, N.Y. folk artist has created this Clinton Dewitt Steam Engine. It is believed to be the first of many carving he made. In original condition this engine is resplendent for its detailing and true scaling. Realistically we still get a clear vision that translates the realm of folk art within this sculpture.
Sherburne Museum, VT. has many of his Folk Art works.
