This typical “Hudson River Valley” chair in Queen Anne Period has its front legs turned in tapered baluster shape which terminate with pad feet. This form derives its name from the fact that it was popular in the NY Hudson Valley during the 18th and early 19th century.

Wonderful turning, high pad feet, old if not original painted surface.
No repairs or restoration, except rush seat.
