A wonderful pair of vintage “INDIAN CLUB” EXERCISE CLUBS in their original painted strip decoration.

In the late 19th and early 20th century fitness was a popular pursuit. There are many books describing all kinds of different exercises using the exercise clubs. Exercise Clubs were even used in schools for the children’s fitness exercise.
